• Schedule, prepare agenda and preside over officer and general meetings 
• Introduction of programs 
• Assess the need for committees
• Submit monthly reports to Grand Chapter 
• Communicate with recent alumni and update chapter on their accomplishments 
• Be sure every officer is in the loop on all activities 
• Be sure all Excel lists are up to date at all times

• Coordinates with other officers to develop an overall calendar of events at the end of each semester for the upcoming semester
• Order food for events
• Coordinate guest speaker arrival and hospitality on campus
